Both available google translate extensions seem to got the same problem.
At the moment there are no alternative extensions so far to make a translation app (in Kodular) for free. Within Yandex Translate component you will need a paid API key. Also google Translate outside a webbrowser needs a paid API key.
Try adding when.google_translator.got.error
then.do.notifier.show.notice.get.error
