Can i make a app for udp protocol for a dryer?

Hello Community!

I want to make an app that sends and receives signals from a hardware device using UDP protocol.
Basically, it’s a washer, when you click to turn it on it will turn on and start working, and similar to turn off!
Any kind of extension? or any help would be great!
