Can't scroll a vertical scroll arrangement in designer page

Hi all,
i’m have a doubt with vertical scroll arrangement in the desinger page.
i can’t put other element inside and under my card because is out of the bottom edge and i don’t know how to scroll the view.
it seam to me a stupid question but i can’t find a solution.

Temporarily set screen to scrollable and see if it works
