How to drag using repositioning tool extension in vertical scroll arrangement?

I want to drag a card view to up or down in vertical scroll arrangement.
I use repositioning tool extension to drag.
Scrolling of screen is needed.

But, I can’t drag a card view to up or down smoothly by scrolling of screen.
I want, when I drag a card view, scroll of screen doesn’t move.

Is there any solution?

Why did you enabled scrolle on screen. Tun of the scroll then try again also if you provide an video then that will be much better to understand.
