I think this bug is already addressed and a work around was also mentioned
if you want to know the work around then you have to search for that post

I cant make it work. Card view stroke is not working. :grimacing:

Enter a stroke width if is 0

you have to set Elevation to 0 (zero) for stroke work correctly
