Diagreed. If you turn a Card View into a circle by that method, it will work for some devices but gets distorted on other devices ( which have soft navigation ) and tablets.
It’s not possible to add a property to set the border radius of each corner because Android doesn’t provide an underlying implementation of the same which we can use.

No, there is a block to turn layouts into perfect round which works on all devices but blocks are required to do it.

The one who has thousands of blocks in his project will understand the pain of even moving the blocks in their project.
Well… I have over 5k blocks in my project currently and I say
you didn’t understood what I said.
There are plenty of threads shouting bcuz of their builder turning slow as they add any more blocks.

Whatever… It is comfortable to just change the properties of the component rather than going to program it in the blocks… and it would become even worse when your screen has plenty of rounded layouts in your app.

Well… Then think of you declaring height and width of each component in your app inside blocks.
Exactly what I do 
In my case, renaming over 50 component just takes me two minutes at most
