Components Visibility and Invisibility not working properly in Designer section. So adding new components became very difficult. I am using a tablet. Is it just me or someone else is also facing this problem? What should I do? Do I have to use laptop only?

Is hidden components view disabled?
Also it is recommended to use a laptop.

it is working in laptops at times and not working some times for me. I am using a laptop and is it any type of bug that would be resolved or is there any solution while using in laptop.
