Dictionary runtime error

I made a simple data parser from jSon file that gives keys into a list.

It works as expected except that also rise a runtime error with no description. If I click somewhere outside msg box I can see that data is parsed.

I did narrow error source down to get value for key. Any idea what is wrong? There is no issue in json file.

Are you using any ad component?

No, nothing. I do have In_App_Billing extension included but no a single block from it used at the moment.
