How i can disable scrolling on scroll layout?
this property only hides scrollbar, not disable…
how i can disable it???

I dont want to disable canvas…
But it disables canvas drag event after 1-2 second
Sorry but I believe there is no solution for that. This could work only if there was an option for scrolling canvas. That would enable drawing larger images than the phone screen. Unfortunately, arrangements will not make it possible, because when arranging larger than the screen, we lose the ability to draw

i found a way: change margins with decorate
but its a bit buggy
i found it myself while trying something with canvas
