Dynamic extension

I am making a browsing app in which i have used a dynamic component extension in the bookmark section,In that extension i have used two text box in wich i have to add current url and current page title and i have used for each number block.Every time i click on the bookmark section it creates only one dynamic component and saves the url and page title.what should i do to create,every time i click on the bookmark section it should create a new list in the dynamic component and add ulr and current page title.

I think there is a problem in make a list,can you help to figure out what the problem is.
