well i think its very hard to create same like this, because you have to work very hard on that, what you have tried?

You can get Card View component by its id, so you can add a new dynamic components to the Dynamic CardView like this:

With this method, it is possible to combine them in one component, however but they will stacked since there is no Dynamic Horizontal Arrangement yet.
