Error 1103 on zenfone

Dear all,
when running my apps on asus zenfone it shows “ERROR 1103”, but run smoothly on vivo
is it because of the phone or because of bugs in kodular ?
please advise

only error on certain cell phone
I’m pretty sure the slow internet connection is not the issuer here
because I tried install the apk to 3 cell phone ( vivo, oppo, asus)
only vivo works, all of the cell phone using the same internet connection
