Ok currently the code was working properly but as soon as I added download image function the app is not even starting.
The problem is in default download function also add downloader extension

There are bugs in Image picker and Download components, meanwhile you may use File picker extension by Jewel and ASD Downloader extension.

Check what components you are using on screen1.

You have to remove Download component if its still there.
