Error in scrolling the community

Whenever I have replied to my own topic created, and when I try to scroll down it automatically scrolls up and prevents ,e from scrolling down

I once faced a similar issue with every browser and the only solution which worked for me was to temporarily disable Page Up and Page Down keys.

I had this problem a few days ago on my old Redmi Note 3 2GB/RAM

I didn’t face this problem on my new phone.
