type cloudnary when you upload any file cloudnary generates the link of that file that you are envious of him. oh I wanted to ask if this app there from the telegram storage actually generates this link through the app
The direct link actually is generated after file uploaded to Telegram storage and you can copy this link to use it for download file
like if I upload a video and when it generates the link how do I play this video through the generated link?
Just use video player component and set it’s source to video direct link

i can’t add new bots i deleted app i deleted channel i deleted the 2 bots and when i reinstall app then the old data is still there

Yes that’s true at least 1 hours to a few days but you can regenerate the link from file Id you can get more information about telegram files from here
Cause the app sign the Cloud by device id in database that’s the reason
That’s the problem that’s why I used short link services , I know that’s not a good method to hide bot Token but there is no method to hide your token from direct link
