Get the values of a row with only the name of a cell in airtable

How can I get the value of a row with just the name of a cell and the name of the column.

What is in yellow and in red are the data I have to find what is in blue, which is the complete row.

This method will work if you download all the column values into a variable during screen initialise. Without getting all the values into variable it is highly impossible to get it by means of any method.

If it were excel sheet, there will be a easy option
