How Can I auto-update My app from Play Store

Hi Guys!
I wanted to develop a way to auto-update my app.
When the user opens my app, the initialization screen checks if the app has a newer version in the Play Store, and if so, popup some dialogue asking the user to update the app.

Can this be done in kodular?
How Can I do it? How to begin?
