you can’t delete as @Mika but you can make custom title bar

Ther should be an option that if you are using ads and paying Kodular a commission that you can delete it.

Actually you can.
The best way is to remove three dots on which it is shown. For this do following:
Steps:

  1. Click on screen.
    Capture

  2. Here ‘Show Option Menu’ is checked.

  3. Uncheck it.

Result:

Now it is not shown.

[NOTE: Use side menu to create menu if you want.]

Yes it is possible but I think he want that 3 dot but not about screen
