How to add use support chat or something to reply to the users. my app in play store, my users send me requests through google forms. I am not able to identify which email sent me what request. and that’s why I can’t revert according to their needs to assure them. Need to put a system for them to get reverts from me.
You could add a mandatory field to your Google Form where your users must put an email for you to contact them.
