How to Edit information about my application

Hi everyone,
When I open my application I could see there are 3 small dots in the upper right corner, that says “About this application” how could I edit it or control it?

On Screen1

On Left Hand Side

  1. On Top Of Properties Panel
    Untitled
    These Are Peoperties To Tweak With The About Page.

  2. Sroll Down To A Little Below Than Centre Of Properties Panel, You Will Find -
    Untitled
    With This You Can Disable The 3 Dots.
