How to make label integrated with Airtable?

So I’m thinking of making my label integrated with airtable, so when I want to make an announcement for the school that I teach, I or other teachers can change the information from the airtable

If you have empty rows you will not be able to get your data from airtable. You have to delete the empty rows.
