How to reduce the size of the image upload

Can anyone help me? How do I make a photo smaller? Just for upload. I don’t want App Inventor Image Extension. Please don’t tell anyone about that extenshon. Because with this extenshon the original picture becomes smaller. I just need to smaller for upload.

I don’t think so it is possible, because when you will upload smaller size image then you will obviously get a smaller size image when you use it
