How to set up google sheet as a data base for our app - regarding

I have created app for my school in which if my students selected the standard mean, spinner value, date and time should be recorded in google sheet.

I have tried but i am unable to get it..

Please dont recommend cloudsheet extension..

I dont know the exact blocks to send data to google sheet..
