Hi recently I monetize my app from Facebook Audience Network i have $17 in my Facebook Audience Network account but recently my app got Facebook 1.4 Policy violation issue why I don’t know and Facebook didn’t reply my any message so any one can help me what is the reason of getting this issue.

I don’t know much about ads, but if any network is issuing you violation notice, then there should be reason mentioned in that. Or wait for the Facebook to reply for your messages.
I think Kodular can’t do anything in this till proper reason is known.
