I want to monetize my app, but I don´t know how. I have Kodular Premium

I used Kodular in 2020 to create an app. Due to personal reasons I didnt continue with the app and my Google Play console account has been closed, so I will have to create a new one. But not only that. Now the ads in Kodular requires the invite and I am unaware of the process. Please advise as I bought the Kodular Premium option just for this reason.
