It’s always subjective. In my opinion, it depends a lot on the field of work. In this case, if it is not connected to the sea, the lower part is very strange.

I think this looks professional but I think maybe using the dark blue background from your first design would look nice. Obviously make the text boxes white as well as the text

Yaa 1st design is good but I have converted to second picture 
I know I was thinking maybe use the dark blue background for the second design especially if you use the dark blue background throughout your app. It looks great either way so nice one.
