As every year there appears someone suggesting to use a tool or offer a service to modify the manifest, so it looks like your app is already targeting SDK 35. This however will not really help, because there are also behavioral changes to consider

Target SDK 35 in Kodular Creator

You may have received an email from Google asking you to update your app to Target SDK 35: Your app is affected by Google Play’s target API level requirements We’ve detected that your app is targeting an old version of Android. To provide users with a safe and secure experience, Google Play requires all apps to meet target API level requirements before 31 Aug 2025. We are already working to release this change, and we will keep this topic updated accordingly.

I agree with @Taifun, tricking the system that your App is SDK 35 ready is a bad practice since it doesn’t handle behavioral and library changes. This can lead to increased crush rate for your App especially in the news devices that run Android 15, so while you will bypass Play Store Warning, your App will be gain a bad reputation for unwanted behavior and high crush rates. Be patient, Kodular will make the update 1 week to the deadline anyway, this time I have confidence they will prioritize the updates.
