Live Test not working

when i want to live test with companion on my phone i scan barcode and barcode on pc dissappiaring as usual my app must start on phone but phone dont react any. it is not related with app because i tried on any my apps and also empty app project but companion not worked. also deleted and reinstalled my companion on phone but nothing was changed
