Yes, but you can not show ads in custom tab area.

Can i do this? If Screen1 contains Banner Ads and 4 Buttons, when each button click then open particular link in Chrome custom tab.
Yes u can place ads in other screens
Which link?
Be aware of using third party links.
Like App Privacy Policy and Developer Blog.
Then custom tab is great idea for this.

I don’t think so you will get approval because you need a high good quality Application to get approval just using some buttons and chrome tab won’t work.

It’s just on screen1 or you have more screens.
I said this because I thought that he has just 1 screen and want to open chrome tab on button click.

App contains 5 screen.
Developer blog and Privacy Policy linked by using side menu layout and Chrome custom tab. I want to know it is problem with Monetization or not. Or can i use activity stater component for this?

If you are using Chrome tab for showing the blog and privacy policy then there is no problem.
