Where is vote button in Feed Back i want

We had to temporally disable it as it’s causing issues while updating the community. Will bring it back as soon as it gets solved. However, the button had the same behaviour as the button.

I personally do not like the new theme. Will it be possible to revert to the old theme? Some of the main reasons are: eye strains (need to wear sunglasses), soo many bugs
