No feedback (My ads aproval request 3 weeks ago)

I submitted my ads approval request (monetization) 3 weeks ago.
But it is no feedback.
And I want to improve this app’s content, therefore I sent e-mail of reject of this request to support-kodular, But I have not take feedback yet.

please tell me how to proceed !!
