Not able to apply for ads approval

Why there is written not needed in the place of request approval
How can I get approval for ads in my app?
i am not able to export my too when I have ads component, it is saying I don’t have child account but there is place for apply for child account

Can anyone tell, how can I apply for ads in kodular @Peter

You can display ads without approval, as you can see from that screenshot

But then I am not able to export my apk. For banner ad. I selected as test to it in the properties.

Can anyone tell, why kodular sign up for child account is not working. Can I get a direct verification for that through Gmail?
