Notifier Show Text Input Dialog - Cursor, Light Theme

I’ve noticed that the cursor in a text input dialog (where light theme is used), shows up as the same color as the background (white on white).
I don’t think it was an issue when I wasn’t using light theme but I’m also running Q beta 5 on my device now so can’t be sure.
Is the cursor color in Text Input Dialog/light Theme an issue, is there a way around this and does anyone else see this behavior (or is it just Q beta 5 related)?

I’ve confirmed the same behavior on Pie (Android 9). So I wonder does anyone know if the blinking cursor color can be easily changed in a Text Input Dialog with light Theme set True or would this need a fix?
