It possible in android studio. For example " Wynk Music"
after login when you try to uninstall the app then Wynk Music send a bulk sms in your phone number
in sms"we will miss you"
If a user do not use app for long time… you can send a notification to user… This can be done on Kodular
Wynk music is an app from a Telecom Company Airtel…
They may track Uninstallation from other apps installed on your phone
