Payment hold in play console

I enable app purchase into my play console. But suddenly it hold my payment. How to solve this problem?

Please, get used to READ before asking questions. It literally says what @Boban told you right there in your screenshot.

Also, Kodular is not Google. In this case it was something easy but a lot of people ask here questions about Google’s decisions and there’s no way we can give you a better answer than the one they will give you if you contact them instead.
