Payment not received of oct 2022

I did not received payment on Oct 26 , 2022 which is sent by kodular and also i am unable to contact kodular team to solve my issue can please look my issue and solve it @Diego i have attached screenshot my payment.
Note:I received all the payment from the kodular except oct 2022
Can please look into it.

Sorry about that, we just checked it and the payment was not retried. It has been scheduled for next week.
