Did you apply for full adsense account which is meant for website ?

Try search in adsense help. I did not face this problem.

Kodular is planning to do it.

Sorry can’t help in this.
If you have website, then you should add to adsense.

OR
You can create 1 page website, buy domain and link it to your adsense.
You will need domain for ads.txt
