Because Play Protect doesn’t recognize the app’s developer or Play Protect thinks this app may contain malicious software. When I install the APK of my own applications, I don’t see this warning.

Also if you have Google Play Developer Account , you can upload your app to Google Play. In this way, anyone who downloads your applications will not see this warning. (Only if your application passes from the Play Protect scan without a problem.)
