Runtime Error Add items to list

I’m trying to create a notes app but getting an error

Change the value if tag not there parameter from empty string to empty list

Remove the empty string as in the image below:

And add create empty list block instead.

It happened once again but earlier it was working properly
I made only one change: I changed the background colour and nothing else

Can you post the blocks now?The error says that the name variable isn’t a list

You must store in your tiny db the variable name and not the text box1.text

you’re welcome.I thin the problem was that some old data is still in tiny db which causes the errors.
