Array index out of range: 1

where is the error in this :

I want to register this " tag : playListe / rock
value : URL"http://musicinphone.com/music/test2"
in database im find this value “\//musicinphone.com\//music\//test2” or this “http:\\musicinphone.com\music\test2”

for get value frome database i get this value "http:musicinphone.commusictest2.com"or this

Im try to change the starting value “http://musicinphone.com/music/test2” to “http:\musicinphone.com\music\test2” and “http:_musicinphone.com_music_test2” and with “@” and “?” …
bat i am getting the above error .
