Save pdf file problem

Halloo ,
i made an APP where i can create pdf file with KIO4_PdfS extension and save it on phone.
the problem is : APP work on android emulator, but when i download it on my phone samsung 21 Ultra with android 12 it doesn’t work.

can anyone help me please to solve this problem. thank you

i mean in android emulatorr it save the pdf ,but on my phone it dosnt save pdf
