Share File with an Specific App

I want to share file with an specific app but when i check on kodular sharing component then no option found.
i found a another extension of Pura vida Sharing extenion. where i found a block for whatsapp.
whatsapp (1)
but i want for facebook, instagrem.

before creating this Topic i read lots of article. but no result found

What I know of, those you can only share message not file
