And I doubt that.
I have not yet found a device and Android version under which this path did not work.
And I’ve tested it on hundreds of devices and almost all Android versions.

But this path works (as you claim):

• file:///mnt/sdcard/WhatsApp/Media/WhatsApp Images/IMG-20201231-WA0031.jpg
  If that’s true, I’d bet it works with (one of) the above paths too.
