Hello kind people.
I created side menu by giving layout for the side menu, and i can see the hamburger menu on the left site of the title bar. The problem is when i click the hamburger, my menu is not presented, it is presented only when i swipe right.
Also this is my second screen. It is not the first initialized screen.

Make sure you have set side menu arrangement visible

That is correct. I found it the hard way 
The menu argument must be visible.
