You cannot change the color, if you really want to change the color i would recommend to create a Custom Side Menu.

A suggestion
I believe that you will have to make a personalized menu to be able to change colors and etc.
Use the VA component and assemble your side menu however you want …

Side Menu Layout Header Title Text Color?

I see myself at the end of a long search process and get nowhere. The most important thing: A) The header title text is white. I want to change it, but how? B) Where do I get themes for the Side Menu Layout Component? @Boban has talked about it in a thread, but nobody has written anything informative about it. (I know, better to use a custom one, but for now it’s enough)

Not able to change color of side menu icon

In my app, Drawer “Arrow Icon Color” block was not changing color of side bar menu icon but in your app it works but in my app i can change it by using “Navigation Icon Color”, I don’t know the reason behind it.
