Split single text into two texts

hello guys please help me i want to split a text into two diferent texts

like

label1 text = he & she

and Split the text from & to two different texts like

lable2 text = he
lable3 text = she

is there any solution for this ?

So it creates a list. You can then use something like this to return the position.
