The blocks doesn’t need any urls?
Use version 7 instead of version 8 or 9, with the latest version you need to use OpenInNewWindow block , however, it just crashes the app 
Edit: after looking at its source I knew that I was just using it wrongly , I needed to create a new WebView first, before using this block .

This last block worked, it helped to open an external URL
but when opened, the back button is not working, so how can we enable the return back to the previous webview?
Also i have one use case - the external link is whatsapp chat link - expected it when clicked on it - it should open Whatsapp - like happening on real website
webview is added to site www.one.com
added whatsapp chat button icon to www.one.com
when clicked on whatsapp icon - it opens - https://api.whatsapp.com/someparameters
on mobile it waits for second and automatically opens the whatsapp app
right now above last step is not happening
