can you use two different ad networks in one application? ( admob interestial + unity interestial ) and I did not find it in the total commission

Yes, you can use different ad networks at the same time.

U can use as many as you want. The comission for unity is a little small if I remember well. Doenload kodular comission app and you will see exactly how much kodular will take.
