It will play only on Youtube App and youtube website if the allow embedding option is set off by the video owner !!

the new update, it still has the same error.
The extension has nothing to do with androidx. Dont worry about that. The issue is with the companion as far as I know

I was facing this type of issue in Android 10
May be issue in the Webview of the extension 
As Webviewer are also affected after the update.
I used the same aia file provided and compiled it after kodular update.
