Why my app is not downloeaded?

Hi!

I have a premium account, I’ve created my first app and tried to export it in .aab format, but the page gets stuck for hours with the message “Waiting for the download link” and the link never downloads. I submitted a ticket to the community a few days ago but haven’t received a response. Could you please help me?

I totally understand your frustration — I’m also a user and ran into something similar before.

If your .AAB export is stuck on “Waiting for the download link,” here are a few things you could try that helped me:

  1. Try using a different browser (like Chrome or Firefox).
  2. Clear your browser cache or try exporting in incognito/private mode.
  3. Log out and back in, then try exporting again.
  4. If you have access to another device or internet connection, it might be worth trying there too.

Also, while waiting on a .AAB, you can try exporting the .APK version to continue testing your app.

It’s definitely frustrating not to hear back quickly from support — hopefully they respond soon. If you end up finding a fix, feel free to share it back — could help others too!

Thank you, I’ve tried all that but still it doesnt work, still not hearing anything from support.

I’ve tried that and other recommendations from this forum, but nothing works, I cannot download my app

TIPS:)

  1. log out then again login in kodular creator.
  2. clear cache and cookies.
